SkeinHub keeps project planning calm by collecting only what helps you sign in, sync your work, and continue your craft across sessions.
Information We Collect
Account information may include your email address, sign-in method, verification state, and basic profile identifiers returned by Apple or Google when those options are configured.
Project information may include project names, notes, counters, pattern files, reference items, progress data, and preferences you choose inside the app.
Technical information may include language preference, device and browser details, diagnostic logs, sync status, app version, build number, platform, and basic usage events that help us keep SkeinHub reliable.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and authenticate your account, sync projects, restore progress, provide support, improve product quality, and protect the service from abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. When we work with service providers, they are used to operate SkeinHub, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, and support.
Storage And Sync
SkeinHub may store information locally on your device and, when cloud sync is available, on our servers so your projects can follow you between sessions.
Uploaded patterns and references are treated as your content. Keep a personal backup of important files, especially before deleting a project or account.
Your Choices
You can edit or delete project content from the app. You can also contact us to request help with access, correction, export, or deletion of account information.
You can change your app language at any time from the language picker. Some operational messages may still be sent in the language supported by the underlying service.
Children And Sensitive Content
SkeinHub is not designed for children under the age required by local law to consent to online services. Please do not add sensitive personal information to pattern notes or project remarks.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as SkeinHub grows. If changes are meaningful, we will refresh the effective date and make the updated policy available in the app.
